Set on the side of a mountain surround by pine trees, this flat roofed Sante Fe style home was dilapidated before our team completed gutted and remodeled this home. Fusion Interiors worked with a talented team to do the interior design on this remodel that ended up being about 98% new construction. The owners found hand blown glass for the Island pendants in Albuquerque NM at street fair. They are made locally and were the perfect accent lighting for the Island and the right colors to complement the scheme in the Kitchen and other lighting in the Dining Room.

Locally sourced hand blown glass pendants create a glowing task lighting over the island.

The Kitchen is the main gathering spot for these two active cooks. They wanted plenty of room to walk around when the kids and grandkids are visiting and this custom kitchen offers all of the luxury amenities.

The lighting in this kitchen is very customized with LED strips under the Kick plates of the cabinets, offering drama in the evening and at night. Check out the deep drawers for lots of organization opportunities.

The luxurious Master Bath has natural stone Travertine as the field tile in interesting patterns for visual interest. The Counter tops of Marble with a marble sink set contrasts with the travetine. Old
Rubbed Bronze faucet and shower fixtures add warmth and depth. There is a he/she vanity with a closet door nearby. The shower was outfitted with steam adding the ultimate experience with clear glass for expansiveness. Interior Designing Master Bathrooms is so much fun! ,/p>

The Bathtub has a travertine surround and Fusion Interiors had fun planning this cozy corner, along with the privacy glass on the commode door.

The Marble sink heights were carefully placed so the owners do not get water dripping down the elbows when washing up. Sinks that are too high are not practical!

More LED strips under the Master Bath cabinetry add so much drama to the room and a gorgeous visual effect. Steve Graham with Teco Lighting added this inspiration into the lighting design.

The rectangular sink set under the Marble counter top is slightly contemporary as is the rectangular glass and marble backsplash. Interior Design for Bathrooms is always interesting and can get quite detailed.

Note the veining in this marble combined with the marble and stone backsplash capped off with marble edging. A dynamic combo the owners just love.

The Family Level Bathroom is more rustic than the rest with repurposed barnwood cabinets and shelving. A copper sink with a Farm type faucet is at the sink. Fusion Interiors specified Scabos tile for the backspash and the shower, creating a colorful addition to the bathroom. When the sealer is put onto Scabos travertine, oranges, yellows and reds surface creating warmth and visual interest. Fusion Interiors out of Durango Colorado also used Scabos travertine for the Front Entry area.
